Our photo calendars feature  your own photos in a 12-month calendar.

You can even have your own special days to remember added to the photo calendar too!

Our photo calendars are beautifully printed on heavy-weight satin finish paper.

We also offer “blank” calendars on matte finish card stock. The photo page for each month and the cover is left blank so you can add your own image or artwork.   Have that young inspiring artist in your family create the perfect gift for a special person in their life.

The horizontal photo calendar extends to 11” x 17” when open and the  vertical photo calendar, 8.5” x 22”.

We can create your calendar using either photo prints, negatives, slides, or digital images. 

If all of your images are not of the same orientation as the calendar, we will automatically add fill-in graphics.

Alternately, you may wish to have two vertical photos on a horizontal page (or two horizontal photos on a vertical page).

If submitting several photos per page, we will create a photo collage for you.

* Photo Calendar price includes the use of 13 photos. One for each month, plus an additional photo for the cover.  There is a small fee of 75 cents for each additional photo used in your calendar design.  This fee only applies to the original calendar design, not to the duplicate copies.   Your calendar can start with any month and run for a total of 12 months.

Using your prints, slides, or negatives:
All photos/slides/negatives will be returned to you. Using a pencil and pressing lightly, please number the backs of your photos to indicate which month the photo should appear. Please handle negatives carefully by the edges only and indicate which frame number(s) to use.  Choose the number/letter closest to the middle of the picture on the negative strip. For negatives it would be best to slip each one into a folded strip of paper or envelope with instructions written upon that.  Include a separate sheet with any additional details.

Using your digital images:
Simply e-mail your digital images to us here along with any specific instructions. If your
e-mail attachments total more than 3mb you will need to use multiple e-mails.  Just be sure that you send all e-mails to us from the same account so we can organize your order. We do accept files via FTP.  Please contact us for FTP instructions. You may also send us your digital images on disc.  A pixel dimension of 1600 x 1200 or larger is recommended, but we will accept 1024 x 768 as long as they have been saved at a high quality. Of course, the better the resolution of the image, the better your printed photo. If you are sizing your photos dimensionally, we print at 8” x 10.5” (see cropping below). Ideal dpi is 300, minimal 150. It’s best to send us your digital image file rather than an inkjet print of your digital photos because scans of inkjet prints most often produce poor enlargements that look very grainy.

Credit Card Payments
Major credit cards payments are only accepted using the PayPal on-line payment system. Once we receive your images and instructions we will send you an e-mail invoice followed by a request for payment through PayPal. Shipping your order to us:
Send your order to us using the courier of your choice.  The best choices are the United States Postal Service, FedEX or UPS. To avoid untimely delays, do not use DHL / Airborne Express.  They may not deliver directly to us and may re-route your shipment to us via the United States Postal Service adding 3-4 days to the overall shipping time.

Additional Services Available

To add your own special dates to the calendar:
Enclose a separate sheet with your special days to remember or list them in your e-mail if submitting digital images. Please indicate each date, occasion and the name of the person.  i.e. “Uncle Bob’s birthday March 23”.

Digital enhancements:
We offer red-eye correction and date stamp removal for an additional fee. Please note your requests for these services on the paper surrounding the slides/negatives, on the photo detail sheet, or in your e-mail if submitting digital images.

Cropping:
Due to the difference in aspect ratio between a standard photo print and a standard sheet of paper your photo may be cropped so that it uniformly fills the page. The print size needed to fill the page uniformly is 8” x 10.5”. A standard full frame photo from 35mm film typically enlarges to 8”x12”.  We reserve artistic license to crop the image so that we may accomplish uniform layout, however we do take subject matter into consideration.  In other words, we won’t crop a person out of the photo for the sake of uniformity of the print to the paper. If you would rather we not crop at all, please let us know!

Additional Images used in Design
Calendar price includes the use of 13 images, one for each month plus one for the cover. If you would like to include additional images for use in the calendar, i.e. multiple photos per page or extra photo for cover use, please add 75 cents per additional photo used.

Printing Information:
Our photo calendars are printed on heavyweight 100 lb. text satin finish paper using solid ink technology which produces beautiful high-resolution photo-quality glossy prints. Examples are available upon request.  To request your print,  send us an e-mail and provide the mailing address for shipping.

Blank calendars are printed with the same technology but on matte finish card stock to readily accept your artwork.
