We cannot reproduce images that you do not own or hold the copyright to. Submission of your images to us acknowledges your claim to full rights of ownership of the images including the rights for reproduction. We will not be held liable for any violation of copyright law. All originals and reproductions remain the private property of the customer. All originals will be returned in the same condition as received. In the unlikely event the originals become damaged or lost as a direct result of mishandling on our behalf, we will only be held liable to replacement with an equivalent amount of unexposed film and reimbursement of costs to process the film. We will not be held responsible for lost or misdirected mail. All image CDs will be tested for viewing ability prior to shipping; however we do not warrant the viewing ability nor the appearance of the images on your computer. We assume no other liabilities or warranties, expressed or implied. All orders once processed are final.
